About the founder

My name is Ramona Mitran and I have extensive professional experience in the consular field, gained over many years of working within Romanian consular missions in the United Kingdom. I worked as a locally engaged staff member at the Consulate General of Romania in London between 2008 and 2019, and subsequently at the Consulate General of Romania in Manchester between 2019 and 2026. Throughout my career, I have gained solid knowledge and practical experience across a wide range of consular areas, including visa applications, civil status documents, passports, travel documents, notarial documents, declarations, powers of attorney and other official procedures. I also have experience in liaising with local authorities, public institutions and members of the community, providing guidance and support in various administrative and consular matters. Through RaLeD, my aim is to use this experience to offer clear, professional and reliable support to people who need help.
